Summary:

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Resource Readiness Controller to support the U‑2 enterprise at Beale AFB, CA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring aircrew and ground personnel remain fully trained, mission ready, and prepared for some of the Air Force’s most demanding ISR operations. You’ll work closely with squadron leadership, instructors, schedulers, and aircrew to keep training programs aligned with mission needs and Air Force standards.

What You Will Do:

Training Management & Execution

  • Provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to squadron leadership

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee execution of all aircrew and ground training requirements

  • Lead the development of new curriculum, syllabi, and training materials

  • Identify and communicate program or technical deficiencies and recommend solutions

  • Conduct weekly gradebook reviews and ensure upgrade candidates meet all prerequisites

  • Manage periodic training/testing plans and coordinate scheduling approvals

  • Work with schedulers to maximize training opportunities in accordance with Air Force Instructions

  • Analyze upgrade training data and provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training to squadron leadership

  • Submit required Operations and Wing Stan/Eval updates monthly

Readiness & Deployment Support

  • Monitor and maintain unit deployment readiness statistics

  • Implement commander, MAJCOM, and Headquarters Air Force readiness guidance

Records, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts

  • Perform regular checks of personnel training and ancillary training requirements

  • Ensure accurate review and maintenance of training records, folders, and gradebooks

Training Program Development

  • Design and deliver training programs for personnel at all levels

  • Develop tests, visual aids, and evaluation criteria

  • Stay current on training and development research, including learning theory and new instructional methods

  • Support development of in‑house programs to identify training needs and prepare personnel for increased responsibility

  • May evaluate or oversee contractors/vendors supporting training programs

  • May contribute to development of e‑learning programs

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
  • Significant experience with computer‑based training and integrated management systems

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field

  • Previous experience as a Resource Readiness Controller for a DoD or Air Force flying unit

  • Experience with SharePoint
