Summary:
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking an Information Assignment Specialist to support our work at Beale AFB, CA. The U‑2 enterprise relies on precise, up‑to‑date flight data to execute some of the Air Force’s most demanding missions. As an Information Assignment Specialist, you will ensure that U‑2 and T‑38 aircrew have the accurate, mission‑critical publications they need to fly safely and effectively. Your work directly supports flight operations, aircrew readiness, and the overall success of high‑visibility ISR missions.

What You Will Do:
Flight Data & Technical Publications Management
- Ensure all electronic technical data, regulations, and instructions are current across all systems and storage locations
- Maintain currency of government‑issued electronic flight devices for U‑2 and T‑38 aircrew
- Control, update, and distribute U‑2 and T‑38 flight operations manuals and regulations
- Manage and post updates to the Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) library in accordance with Air Force Instructions
Stan/Eval & Records Support
- Maintain Flight Evaluation Folders (FEFs) for U‑2 and T‑38 aircrew
- Update and manage the 9 OG/OGV Stan/Eval SharePoint site and related databases
- Provide accurate, timely administrative and records management support
Advisory & Program Support
- Provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to squadron leadership
- Identify and communicate program or technical deficiencies and recommend solutions
- Attend required meetings and maintain NIPR/SIPR/JWICS accounts
- Provide updates to leadership on accomplishments, challenges, and compliance with guidance and regulations
Security & Compliance
- Follow and enforce DoD and Air Force security policies
- Support reporting, detection, containment, and recovery procedures related to information system security
- Properly handle Personally Identifying Information (PII) at all times
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Previous administrative, records management, or program support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accurate typing/data entry skills
- Ability to follow established guidelines and meet quality and quantity standards
- Experience handling Personally Identifying Information (PII)
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport
Preferred Experience:
- Previous Stan/Eval experience within the DoD or USAF
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems
- Prior experience supporting DoD operational flying units
