We area need for a motivated Targeting Analyst to support our Mission Technologies Division, which has over 100 facilities worldwide and provides capabilities to support an all-domain force that includes artificial intelligence and machine learning, autonomous systems, critical nuclear operations, LVC systems, cyberspace strategies, and platform modernization.

 

Targeting Analyst - Integrates requirements across tactical, operational, and strategic levels of operations that include direct support to the planning and operations staff to identify capabilities, limitations, and potential vulnerabilities of enemy forces. Coordinates strategic and operational planning and execution of fires, targeting, capability pairing, and threat mitigation. Supports future operations planners to integrate intelligence capabilities into plans. Plans, organizes, determines, and recommends necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine, and procedures. Coordinates targeting strategy development and engagement responsibilities with components, subordinates commands, and supporting commands. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

Defines and monitors mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs. Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers in accordance with contractual requirements. Assesses program performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Must have active TS/SCI

Preferred Qualifications

BS: Mechanical Engineering and a Military Veteran with 7 years of experience and multiple deployments as an All Source, Fusion Cell, Targeting Cell, and Cyber Intelligence Analyst. Extensive expertise in Intelligence operation. Balances numerous competing projects and requirements to achieve goals within stringent time frames. Proven record of applying advanced intelligence analytic skills, research, and communication skills to identify, assess, interpret, and report potential threats. Briefs senior-level personnel on military-political leadership, national military strategy, strategic doctrine, and regional relations with regard to their impact on force developments. 

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
