Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking an F-35 Government Property Management Analyst to join our F-35 Lightning II Property Management Team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with U.S. government property management regulations, supporting the implementation of policies and procedures, and maintaining alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements.

 

Location & Schedule: This position follows a hybrid work model, with onsite attendance required in Arlington, VA.

 

Security Clearance: Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance to be eligible for consideration.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  •  Oversee the tracking, auditing, and lifecycle management of U.S. Government (USG) property across the F-35 program
  • Identify, analyze, and report on property management issues, delivering actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support site activation efforts at military installations, including property management standup activities and compliance readiness
  • Review and assess industry property management systems to ensure alignment with regulatory standards; maintain the Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) in accordance with DoD requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years supporting government programs, including 4+ years of hands-on experience with a Government Property Management System
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal Property Management Regulations, including Item Unique Identification (IUID) and valuation processes
  • Familiarity with reporting, reutilization, storage, and disposal of government assets
  • Understanding of industry and military best practices for managing government property
  • Experience supporting major weapon systems and component development
  • Background in DoD program acquisition, including domestic and/or international military programs
  • Clearance: An active SECRET security clearance required

Physical Requirements

  • Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
