Summary:

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Cyber Intelligence Advisor to provide expert-level guidance and strategic analysis in support of U.S. Government (USG) customers. This position plays a critical role in integrating operational and technical requirements across the capability development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with national security priorities and Air Force strategic objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of experience, including—but not limited to—leading cyber network analysis, delivering actionable intelligence, shaping operational strategies, and producing tailored target assessments.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Pentagon, with occasional local travel required.

What You Will Do:

  • Participation in key intra- and inter-agency meetings and coordinate, collaborate, and drive stakeholder engagement with senior government officials, executive leadership, and other high-ranking clients. Additionally, integrate requirements into all phases of the capability development lifecycle.
  • Provide reviews and assessments, analyses of applicable technologies and operational concepts, system requirements, test plans, executions, results, and related technical documentation.
  • Leverage support from subject matter experts to perform independent reviews and detailed technical assessments of commercial technology and their specific applications.  
  • Respond to official requests for information and other tasks from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in milestone reviews, testing, and simulations, as appropriate.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and acquisition strategies to inform program development and decision-making.

What We're Looking For:

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience supporting USG customers in defense, intelligence, or related fields.
