Job Description
Mission Technologies a division of HII and their Cyber, Electronic, Warfare & Space team is looking to hire a Senior Knowledge Manager to develop and organize content and facilitate knowledge sharing between all stakeholders and be a part of our Prototype Development Support program and must possess a strong mission focus to do new development, rapid prototyping, and analytics support in a variety of environments, using leading edge technologies

Essential Job Responsibilities
- Develop and organize content and facilitate knowledge sharing between all stakeholders.
- Create a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation of outreach efforts.
- Work closely with stakeholders to acquire required information and provide periodic updates.
- Provide recommendations for process, content, and/or technology improvements.
- Develop and maintain a communications mechanism to share relevant knowledge in a manner that is customized to how stakeholders consume information (“push" of “pull").
Minimum Qualifications
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph for consideration
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field plus 4-years of relevant experience
- Associate's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience
- High school diploma/GED plus 8-years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Confluence. #LI-SG1
Preferred
Familiarity with Sharepoint.
