Job Description
HII, Mission Technologies is seeking an RF Spectrum Program Manager to lead critical programs that shape the future of electromagnetic spectrum operations. As a trusted partner to the Department of Defense, we deliver innovative solutions that ensure spectrum dominance and operational success.
Position Overview
The RF Spectrum Program Manager will lead complex technical programs focused on RF systems development and implementation. This role combines technical expertise with program management skills to deliver cutting-edge solutions while maintaining strong relationships with DoD stakeholders and internal teams.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Apply advanced RF engineering concepts and techniques in developing spectrum management solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Establish clear milestones and track progress against program objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement project plans, ensuring technical and operational requirements are met.
- Deliver regular program status updates and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on program status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
- Guide technical direction and strategic planning for RF programs.
- Ability to work in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Demonstrated mastery of RF engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience supporting DoD programs.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Clearance: Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- 8 - 10 years of experience.
- RF and/or systems engineering.
- Wireless RF spectrum knowledge.
