Job Description

HII-Mission Technologies Cyber and Engineering group is seeking a skilled candidate with experience developing cyber capabilities, supporting a classified program based in Hanover, MD.  This program requires talented candidates to assist with the research, design, development, and test of these capabilities.  Skills required include experience programming cyber capabilities in C/C++/Python, experience with network hardware and software, and understanding of network protocols.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Designs and develops new systems, applications, and solutions for external customer's enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks. Ensures system security needs established and maintained for operations development, security requirements definition, security risk assessment, systems analysis, systems design, security test and evaluation, certification and accreditation, systems hardening, vulnerability testing and scanning, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning and provides analytical support for security policy development and analysis. Integrates new architectural features into existing infrastructures, designs cyber security architectural artifacts, provides architectural analysis of cyber security features and relates existing system to future needs and trends, embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction, provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integration and testing issues. May interface with external entities including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies.

Minimum Qualifications

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

Thorough C/C++Development skills; experience with Networks; experience with IPv4 Protocol and Networking; can work well with a team; and experience with Python.

4 years of experience developing cyber tools

2 years of relevant experience with networking and protocols

TS/SCI Poly required
