Who We Are:

Mission Technologies, as division of Huntington Ingalls Industries looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of Part Time Administrative Functional Support within our Information Analysis Center Multiple-Award Contract (IAC-MAC) programs within our Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and recording various project information from multiple sources. This position is remote within the United States. Part time.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate with the management team on a variety of administrative tasks
  • Perform variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
  • Gather, collect, record, tracks and verify data and information from multiple sources.
  • Use software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keep records and reports up to date.
  • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives, when required.
  • Support process management initiatives to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide project management support for multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities. 
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents prior to finalization & transmission.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 0 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interfacing with other business entities.
  • Experience maintaining files and spreadsheets.
  • Competent with the use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel to maintain administrative support functions.
  • Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross functionally with other leaders on sensitive issues
