HII Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer I to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role provides engineering, technical, and managerial direction for the development and optimization of complex systems that support mission-critical operations.

What You Will Do:
- Define, analyze, and develop requirements for complex systems to meet technical and operational needs.
- Provide engineering expertise and strategic recommendations for system development, improvements, and optimizations.
- Conduct risk assessments and analysis, utilizing modeling and simulation techniques to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support problem definition, solution implementation, and integration across various engineering disciplines.
- Advise stakeholders on system enhancements and support efforts to maximize efficiency and functionality.
- Work under general supervision, reporting to senior engineers or project managers to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field.
- Familiarity with standard engineering concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to operate within structured technical environments that require compliance with regulatory and security standards.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required; must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with modeling, simulation, and risk assessment tools.
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in defense or government-related settings.
