Summary:
HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager in support of the Army Defense CBRN Response Force (DCRF) mission. This role will help drive mission readiness and strengthen the nation’s ability to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most.

What You Will Do:
The following statements describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. Actual duties may vary depending on assignments and operational needs.
• Manage the Logistics Information System (LIS).
• Lead and supervise a team of seven Field Service Representatives (FSRs) who provide logistics and maintenance support at on-site and off-site locations.
• Provide equipment configuration management.
• Oversee the creation of equipment catalogs and Bill-of-Materials (BOM) updates.
• Manage warehouse and unit work orders.
• Develop and manage warehouse and unit maintenance requirements.
• Oversee sustainment and procurement actions.
• Manage equipment reset actions.
• Manage equipment recovery and fielding actions.
• Provide equipment obsolescence management.
• Develop new equipment training.
What We're Looking For:
- 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with repair and servicing of small engine equipment.
• Experience with US&R equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with logistics information systems, specifically IBM Maximo.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
