Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Intelligence or Cyber Analyst to join our dynamic team as a Military Operations Analyst (Mission Assurance 4). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity management systems and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and critical infrastructure for our government and military clients. They will provide operational support to Identity Management (IdM) physical and virtual activities, and will work independently or in a small teams developing risk management assessment and recommendations to fulfill IdM requirements. 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Employs a strong understanding of the Ubiquitous Technical Surveillance (UTS) environment to develop operational security risk management strategies, define security requirements, perform risk assessments, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate emerging threats. 
  • Employs advanced tools and tradecraft related to identity management, vulnerability testing and system hardening. 
  • Integrates new security features within existing architectures, addressing current and future operational challenges, and providing analysis to enhance capabilities. 
  • Develops policies and may interface with diverse external entities, including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies. 
  • Offers recommendations, leads testing initiatives, and provides solutions to resolve complex system issues.
  • Applies extensive technical expertise in operational-related risk management and intelligence tradecraft within cyber and physical domains and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. 
  • Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.

Minimum Qualifications

9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.

  • DoD or military service MOS producing course in either Intelligence or Cyber.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community, Special Operations, or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of Cyber, SIGINT, CI, HUMINT, or Intelligence Analysis.
  • Strong understanding and manipulation of computer hardware and software. 
  • TS/SCI clearance is required with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in identity management or cybersecurity.
  • Experience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) principles. 
  • Knowledge of various open sources, digital behaviors, and common platforms used in one or more CCMD AORs.
  • Completion of one or more of the following JCITA Courses:
    • Fundamentals of Sensitive Support
    • Plans and Assessments Course
    • Identity and Security Awareness Course
    • Advanced Planners Course
    • Advanced Technicians Course
    • Due Diligence Course

TS/SCI Security Clearance with active CI Polygraph preferred.
Other: Position may require supporting multiple DoD customers. Must be able to travel to points within the designated area of responsibility on an "as required" basis. Current/active US Passport and medically cleared to deploy.
 

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
