Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking Network Operations Specialists in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies. 

Positions will be based at global Army training sites around the world. This position is contingent upon contract award.   

 

Potential position location(s) may be at any of the following: Hohenfels, Germany, Schofield Barracks, HI, Ft Bliss, TX, Ft Irwin, CA, Ft Johnson, LA, Ft Cavazos, TX, Ft Lewis, WA, Ft Moore, GA, Ft Campbell, KY, Ft Drum, NY, Ft Carson, CO, Camp Humphreys, Korea, Ft Johnson, LA  Goodfellow AFB, TX,  Houston, TX 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • The specialist will be instrumental in sustaining and advancing the network infrastructure necessary for the seamless integration of LVC training domains in compliance with RTU decisions.
  • Specific responsibilities will include optimizing network operations to support scenario simulation, ensuring real-time feedback during training exercises, providing network integration and support for CTC environment devices such as SUAS, c-IED, IED-Defeat, facilitating a reliable network for simulation role players, PROCOB, and SMR activities, maintaining robust network capabilities for field video support and battlefield effects including pyrotechnics, and ensuring proficient data transfer and distribution of AAR and THP at the conclusion of training exercises.
  • This role is critical to enabling RTUs' development, refinement of capabilities, and procedures, thereby contributing to mission command (MC) readiness and effectiveness. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 0 years experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years relevant experience.
  • Client requirements: Minimum of 9 years experience with Bachelors; minimum of 7 years experience with a Masters; or minimum of 12 years experience with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in optimizing network operations for scenario simulation
  • Experience in providing network integration and support for CTC environment devices
  • Ability to maintain robust network capabilities for field video support and battlefield effects
  • Experience in ensuring proficient data transfer and distribution of AAR and THP
  • Ability to obtain NACI security clearance
